This was a terrible experience. I want my money back!!!! Can you help with that? The bus was terribly overcrowded, and there was absolutely no guide that shared details about Miami as we traveled around. There was an automated narrative, but it was mostly canned music playing. To top it off, we were caught in traffic that barely budged for over an hour. We couldn't wait to get back to our original location and get off the bus. It was a complete disappointment and I would urgently advise that no one take this tour.
